Won't shift down from 3rd

[R-III-R Turbo]

Changing it on the spot, its stuck in 3rd gear and up so its hard to get her heavy butt moving.

You might have to move it to get it into 2nd from 3rd dude, or even let the clutch lever out slightly after changing (engine running), it should engage
