2023 GT won't start after washing

My bike will not start after a wash, will not even turn over. Bike ran great on a 100 mile ride yesterday. Battery is good, fuel pump primes, and I hear a slight buzzing on the left side of the bike (after the pump is done). When I go to start, no click, or anything.

Tune ECU shows 3 error codes
P1640 roll over detection disabled
P1685 ems main relay
P16A1 IMU

I've checked all fuses and they look good.
Clutch switch is also good.

Replace accessories relay with EMS main relay and see if the bike starts,
These are Omron Chrysler car relays from 2000s in our rockets, pretty small

I take my 1st gen to the car wash about once every week or 2. Pressure wash but not that close. About 24 to 30 inches away. Never been an issue yet.

I'll never forget the outrage from the old timers that took place when I posted a shot a few years back of my Roadster covered in foam from a soap canon. Now I'm an old timer, but still use my soap canon on the 3R

My motorcycles are in my work shop garage. I have been doing metal work and the rocket got covered in grinder and metal dust. So yea I'm not washing that off with anything other than a hose or pressure washer. One smear wipe and it's going to scratch the f out of it for ever.

Ended up having to take it to the Dealer. The actual starter switch went bad. They are replacing under warranty.

@Journeyman I looked for last 30minutes in service manual, there is procedure to replace starter motor switch, though there is procedure to replace starter motor but that procedure doesnt say/include step to replace/remove starter motor switch, Can you chime in on this?

They told me it's the actual handlebar switch. I'm not sure what the part number is.

I suppose that the switch might be bad
we will see when it is fixed!

What a coincidence the switch fails right after a good washing. Yeah, be sure to spray up in there really good.
