Use an impact gun, use a couple wooden wedges tight against bottom of chain when torqueing back. Replace the nut before torqueing.

The coating on copper is burning on oem and charring. But on the Ricks stator it falls off dissapears or melts off i dont know but i do wonder if that keeps wire coils cooler, i dont know but the copper on Ricks is looking good. Time will tell

I've replaced mine with one from Rick's - I hope it lasts a little longer than 50k km

The circlip on the end or the torsional damper looks a bit weary, wish it was bigger and groove a little wider or deeper im not sure but somethin
