We finally had a dry day yesterday so I took that opportunity to take a ride with a friend to Vernonia, OR. I had been there the previous weekend to order a custom T-shirt from the shop. They do great work printing on any color shirt using their graphics or yours. I e-mailed them a photograph I took of Mt. Hood last October when the Fall foliage was at its peak. I'm kicking around the idea of marketing some of my photographs for supplemental income as I am retiring next year. It might bring in enough to fill my gas tank now & then.

I chose to swap bikes with my best friend, Warren, for part of the ride going to Vernonia. He's been dying of curiosity since I bought the 2008 R3T in December. I've talked about the great handling, smoothness and incredible torque. I suggested that he open it up a bit once he felt comfortable. His present ride is a 2008 Suzuki M50 800cc cruiser which I rode behind Warren. I felt like I was on a moped as we pulled out of the parking lot.

I watched with much interest as Warren navigated the twisties on Hwy 47 North to Vernonia. I knew the bike would lock onto a line through each turn and hold it with ease without any input. Warren handled the bike masterfully and was taking 35mph rated turns at 60mph. He was thrilled as we arrived in Vernonia and couldn't stop talking about all the attributes I had mentioned.

Another beautiful pic Bob. You should try and make a bit of money from your photography. Doing something you love is terrific, especially when you make some cash.

Your pics are amazing. i would certainly sell my photography if I were as talented as you! Best of luck with it.

As usual, Nice Pic!!!! I would indeed pursue a photography business If I were you and had your talent!!! Since I dont I will admire yours and continue my 8hr a day job (it pays the bills!). Flip is bumming because the NCAA Championship will be in his neck of the woods soon and he doesnt want to clean all the "crud" of the sheild should he breeze through downtown detroit!!!! or something similar to that effect!:D

Good luck Bob!
