TuneECU .... free tuning software

What timing! I just went to my local performance shop last night to price out a PCIII, they were going to deliver it from "the warehouse" (they always say that but you never see any warehouses anywhere) today. Good thing I didn't pre-pay, thanks but no thanks, I'll save myself $365 and buy the cable from eBay :D

All hail the geeks!

It's probably worth getting the $15 cable and the free TuneECU if only to put in a tune to open the secondaries 100%. This is all the more reason to spend the money on a PCIII so you can get a custom dyno tune to optimize your fuel.

This is pretty cool. I notice you can't yet correct the speedo or increase the speed limit. Will he get to this by this afternoon?

I just talked with Alain, he said to hold your breath, jump up and down on your left leg, and he will get on it ASAP. ;)

Actually, if you start from a base tune (worked by TuneEdit), the speed and rev limits are already done. Give a few of us some time to convert a few files, and you will have a nice selection of tunes for the R3.

Of course, you will be able to download them from my site at the most reasonable price of...

One MIIIIIIIIIlion dollars. MwuHAhahahaha! [Dr. Evil voice]

We take PayPal, Credit Cards, cash. No Nigerian bank cheques please.

I am able to change the speed in the software, the rev limiter only goes to 6800 though. Right click on the speed and select edit, this brings up little up/down arrows, speed is in kph.

Since I already have Tuneboy, isn't this academic?

How did you figure that out? Is it in the manual?
