Thanks for the responses gents. So there doesn’t seem to be much difference between the Penner US and Rest of the World maps? You would expect compensations for the difference in fuel octanes etc?

There’s no difference in the OEM fueling tables between the US and All Markets tunes so there’s no reason why they should be different in the Penner maps. Although for vins before AV5457, there are some differences. What model, year and vin do you have? What market?
The NZ market is the same as the Indonesian market. Don’t know about Oz. The best thing you can do is connect to Tuneecu. It will display the base map in your ecu. Then I would download the newest Penner map for the US market (the new All Market Penner’s are not posted yet) from Tuneecu.net. Edit a copy of your base map and copy the newest Penner tables into it. You only need to copy the tables that are different. Note that in the Android Tuneecu, you can export and then import all tables except the etv throttle tables. You can then import those tables into your base map and save it. Then go to the Penner map, copy ETV1(1), open your base map, go to etv1, and paste. Repeat for etv2 and 3. Note that there are 4 tables for each etv, eg, etv1(1), etv1(2), etc. corresponding to different gears. You need to go into your revised base map and copy and paste each (1) into 2, 3 and 4 for etv1(1), etv2(1), and etv3(1).
Then your VIN is covered in the “from VIN # 961597 to and including VIN # AV5456” range for the GT section under the TuneECU custom maps page at Custom Tunes and you want the “All Markets Rocket GT No Restrictions 31012Map.hex” file, the rest of world one. To be safe you can load the stock 31012 map from the stock maps page into TuneECU and compare it with the modified map to see all the changes, and make sure it’s not one of the maps that had the tables reversed…
Ok thanks for the assistance. I need to get myself an LX blue tooth module and android device i guess and have a bit of a play. Why are Tune ECU hosting maps with potential table issues on their page? Seems scary.

Go read through the original Penner tune thread, it wasn’t the TuneECU author, Ulf Penner uploaded it that way. I think it had the Sport and Rain mode tables swapped or something. I can’t recall exactly (I have a R which was fine), and not sure whether they’ve been fixed or not.
