Towing an R3

Dats a fact! You can buy a Y spacer to go between the tire & the bottom triple tree yoke that you can bottom out on instead of fully compressing & bottoming out the forks. It's about $15-$20. Motorcycle Super store dot com
been trying for years to bottom out the y have'nt yet

Looks like it! might be a little hard on the fender paint

This post may very well have proven that, as hard as it would be to achieve, I might have just topped myself on the All Time Dumbest Sh!t I have ever said list, as long as that list is....... I haven't bought one of those, just have seen it but it NEVER crossed my mind that as you just pointed out, that focker would have to base out on the fender! Doh! Scrap that idea.
Thanks for being subtle in your sarcasm     :p

Microfiber cloth between the brace and the fender would solve the issue. Small rubber pad... If you plan to tow a lot, some 3M paint protecting clear vinyl....

These braces are super handy, used them for my race dirt bikes every weekend when I was younger.

Yea, the dirt bike is a great application for them. After reading @Rocket Scientist post the first thing I thought of was a piece of foam to protect the paint but then I thought about the amount of pressure against the fender, would it dent in?????
