Nitrogen for tires is a serving of being sold ice when you live in the Arctic. Complete bs. As stated already, the vast majority of normal tire air is already made up of nitrogen lol.

Figure I'd add: I run 41/43 front/rear, I have tried lower and find I don't like how it feels.

39-40 front 40-41 rear

Jag, you're on a frikkin' roll, Dude!

Bob05, me and a bunch of others are headin' for the IMS at the Javits Ctr on the 12th. Interested in joining? I know that it's a very long haul for you... We're gonna' meet up on NJ Coast Line Train # 3836

Coolio!

I'm guessing that the train from Trenton would be better than the one from Bay Head, i.e., if the train's a decent option, at all???

Sorry to get back on topic...tyre fitter at the race track i was at recently suggested 37/38 front (Avon Cobra) and 36 rear (Bridgy Ex) for the best handling...I was at 40 and 40/42...He was right...

as you were gentlemen...

A lot of us 05 Rocket owners were experiencing a substancial air loss in our tires, more so for me the front. Once i thought by just looking at the tire thinking it was ok it read 17 PSI. I've been using a flex hose air pressure gauge to check the rear tire, it's a pain in the butt with the 45 degree angle ones. Just curious if any of you on the newer Rockets have the same problem.. Since i've owned the Rocket 40 PSI in the front 42 PSI in the rear.
