Timing retard on 2014 R3R?

I've picked up the front wheel on my Touring twice, both times in second gear, with a pillion, by accident, and before I got the Carpenter kit.The pillion must change the weight distribution quite a bit, and gives you enough weight on the rear tire to wheelie, versus just spin. With the kit, it'll spin the rear 180 at 60 mph.

Not spinning any wheelies now, and to top it off, I think my ignition key has been on since I got back from RAA, just discovered it tonight. :( Wonder if the battery will come back from that.....

I think you should change your tag line from "Destroyer "to "Revitalizer". Provided it works when you get that battery charged...;)

AHHHHHHHHHHH!
SO IT WAS YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Now imaging that about 5 feet behind you while you are going 5mph waiting for slow poke Nolton to appear in your mirrors after leaving a site seeing spot... you count the oil drain bolts to make sure they are all there to inform Steel that his bike is in good working order and you drop the hammer to get out of his way...

I still can't see Steel's oil drain bolts!!! :p

To answer the OP question about timing.

1,2,3 have "some" ignition retard, was looking it over last night actually. The strangest part is that the retard is in the 0-20 percent throttle area only.

As far as front leaving the ground in 2nd on a stock bike. I'v had mine do it, full throttle in first and a quick shift to second popped it right up. The flywheel action keeping the engine spun up, fast shift, and fast back on throttle and up she came. I'm only 6'3", 180 though, so pretty much anything will power wheelie if I'm on it as long it isn't a Hardly Ableson.
