2005 Triumph Rocket iii
Good afternoon,

Just finished installing a Dominator slip-on exhaust and DNA air filter on my 2024 Triumph Rocket 3 GT. Question is, do I need to find a shop to have it ran on a dyno and retuned? Leaving the baffles in (too loud otherwise). .. Will it run lean if I dont have it tuned or will the ECU automatically adjust accordingly. No shops in the area (Ann Arbor, MI) are willing to take a look at it.

Thanks in advance!

Not really but you can if you want. Imo stick with the OEM style filter and avoid anything oiled and more flowing like K&N or equivalent if you want to keep your engine oil as clean as possible also MAF gets dirty over time. But hey I'm sure the air filters add 10hp to your butt dyno....

😆 Butt Dyno...
I appreciate the feedback. I may just put the OEM filter back on at my next service interval then which is coming up in the next couple hundred miles.
I assumed since I was not modifying the airbox or adding headers, it wouldn't be needed. Just wanted confirmation from a few fellow riders. We all know these bikes aren't cheap!
