Wow ! Just goes to show we need to be prepared for the unexpected and dressed for it. I hope you heal well and get back on a new Mistress soon. Prayers sent up for recovery. It took me a full year to get full use of my arm after I fell off the back of my p/u truck.

Hans - what a bugger. Hope the damage is not too serious (you and mistress).
Heal fast- and find a good Physio'. It's the recovery phase that is the PITA.
Only time I had a front fully let go was a big lump of rubber sat in the line through a roundabout. Tyres dont grip to things that are loose.

i am so sorry to hear that this has happen to you. i wish u fast recovery and a beautiful ride when u get better.
i know i was a little scared after about 4 months but it put the smile back on my face.

Hey Hanso,

I had a low side about 8 yrs ago and sustained an impact fracture to my Humerus.
The bone crushed into the ball at the top of the bone by about an inch. Everything stayed nice and straight tho.
It was 2 months before I could ride again.

Your crash must have been very scary, with the bars going wild and all.
