You have helped a lot of people here (including me). You are appreciated. Look at the huge number of replies.
Heal quickly. I hope the bike is covered by insurance.

@HansO what are you doing about work income? Are you covered by some kind of insurance? If not you should concise starting a go find me thingo as I am sure most regular members here would like to help. But I know you would be too proud not to do this but if you need something please sing out.

Yeah the bike is insured and I am sure my work will cover my time of for at least a while due to my outstanding sick leave record then I will use long service and remaining holiday leave, if insurance does write it off I will use the money to cover the gap or at least reduce some of my debts so I will hopefully be Ok, at the hospital and hey gave me form which I was to doped out to read but it is some sort claim form due to it being a single vehicle MA, not sure how much or exactly what I think it is to help outpatient medical bills

Holy h3ll @HansO Sorry to hear about the accident and loss of your mistress. Hope you heal up soon and things work out for you

Hanso, not sure if you are up with the latest ways of the boys in blue but make sure you tell them about the wallaby that unexpectedly jumped out and caused the incident. Wouldn't like to see you hit with a careless driving fine. Its happened before on runs with mates of mine

THAT WAS an ELEPHANT they are so big they dont leave any room to slip by with a BIG ROCKET

God Bless Sir; glad to hear you're on the mend!

If anyone sets up a "new Rocket fund;" I'll contribute.

What sad news = losing the bike. /// What great news = your doing OK
Best wishes to you for a fast recovery.
Glad you have family and friends close by to assist. You seem to be a very respected and well liked man.
I'm guessing the next mistress won't be to far down the road.
