Good to see and hear your OK. Been there, done that and also walked away. Bruises and road rash heal as will the arm. I expect you will feel the break for quite a while, I still do. Ride safe.

YES CRASHING is not any fun Ive dont that many times and the first week is the worst SO now I try to keep myself under control to avoid all that pain and suffering BUT we heal up and we are back out there doing dumb things again in no time but maybe a little smarter so cheer up it happens to all of us
