Language based - apologies for confusion "Born for a second time" that is what we say here in central/eastern Europe.. every time you crash on bike and survive. Especially when bike ended totally wrecked and you did not.
Good to see and hear your OK. Been there, done that and also walked away. Bruises and road rash heal as will the arm. I expect you will feel the break for quite a while, I still do. Ride safe.
So sorry to learn of your misfortune, Hans, but very happy to learn how lightly you got nicked given the circumstances. You know that old adage - ride long enough and it ain't a matter of if, but when...
You are one of the truly good fellas' here and we can't afford losing you. Mend up soon and fully, friend. We are all buoyed by the good fortune that you have lived to ride another day.
Ok I will correct that "I feel like my arse has been kicked by Mule for 10 rounds", it is Severly bruised and there is more bruising coming out all the time
YES CRASHING is not any fun Ive dont that many times and the first week is the worst SO now I try to keep myself under control to avoid all that pain and suffering BUT we heal up and we are back out there doing dumb things again in no time but maybe a little smarter so cheer up it happens to all of us
An old family friend was raised with Kinevel in Montana. Went to school with him through high school.
He told us that even as a kid Kinevel was a crazy son of a bit*h.
Always doing stupid stuff on bikes. Always in trouble.
