I have the Verex slip on and BT Moto tune. On my 2020GT. What a difference. So much smoother and the sound is amazing even with the baffle in the pipe :)
@StevoDevo how does it connect? I sure like the sound and looks better than the Werkes but a bit curious about any exhaust leakage around connection. Does it seal off correctly using the factory clamp? Thanks for the thread jack ;)

Verex has been very responsive so far. I like how it looks and sounds. Here is their response regarding fitment.

"The muffler uses the factory clamp for attachment to the headers. There is a small gasket on the header outlet that does not need to be removed for installation, and the muffler slips on to the stock header and clamps up using the factory clamp."

I have one final outstanding question before I order.

After riding the bike for a bit, I've decided to add shift assist. For the quickshifter do I need anything else but part# A9778833 to make it work with my bike? Do I need to order part# A9770232 gear change assembly as well? I have a Rocket R. I've been trying all morning a few Triumph shops and the parts counters are apparently so busy they never pick up. I'd like to get it ordered ASAP so I thought I'd consult the fountain of knowledge here.

You'll need it activated and adjusted by a dealer. :(

I am going in for a recall anyway.

I confirmed I need both parts to do it. As luck would have it, they had one in stock but at an old price. The package was a little bit up so they gave me a discount on top of it. Turned out out to be a pretty good deal. As long as they don't charge me a fortune to activate it. I'll see if they can do it while doing the recall.

I learned it depends on the quick shifter. If you get TSA part number A9778507 priced below $400 USD, then you need the gear change assembly for all bikes. If you get the updated TSA part number A9778833 priced at $500 USD, then it depends on your VIN number. Per the Triumph Insteuctions, VIN AC6814 and below will need it. But VIN at AC6815 and above don’t need the extra kit. Unfortunately I don’t know how to read the VIN numbers because I would expect they are sequential on the last 4 numbers, but I have a 2023 GT and the last four digits a re below that number. Maybe someone here who is more versed can add clarification.
