Ah geese. I thought the gears where the same.
Well there not. It's a 13 tooth gear on the toyota part and although it would fit the shaft it would not be the same in how it ligns up. Sorry to get your hopes up! I can get the gear off but it probably wont even fit inside the OE neck.
I was excited to help you out too.
Maybe somone has a used starter. I know there $$ used on ebay but that's probably your best bet.
They are easy to rebuild.

So if it will fit the shaft will it still work? It will just start my bike faster?:)
Well it probably wont even fit into the neck houseing. If it did it would not interface with the flywheel at all seeing as its diameter is larger. Even if it did and I'm sure you were joking, it would spin slower.

ok I got a great used started from Jake shaw.
and it started first time and then it wouldn't. start the second time same clicking noise, so it's not the starter.
I sometimes push it and starts the first time or some time I need to keep on pushing until she starts some time like 20 times what could it be?

I would say that it is time to hook up the volt meter to the battery terminals and find out what the voltage is WHILE it is cranking.
when we get that voltage we can tell you what to do next.
