My friend knows a bike mechanic and he's coming over here tonight at 7:30 pm so I'll let him read all your guys great solutions that might be the problem , that will give him a better idea on what could be the problem on the Rocket and hopefully he can get it cracking every time. I'll keep you guys posted and see who's correct:) fingers crossed.
Doesn't matter who's right, as long as it gets fixed.

Ok up date the guy came over and looked at it and said the guy that did my working should be shot found some loose connections and he's going to come Friday and clean it all up for me, and even though the battery seems fine but drops when pushing the starter and battery being 3 years old and sitting for two year he told me to go buy another battery just to see if it does the same.
Thanks you guys I'll let you know if Friday I'm riding:)

So once I get the guy gets it running on Friday and it's starting every time, should I put the car starter back in since the gear didn't look worn no different than the Triumph one and bothe in nice shape.
The reason I got the car one thought it was the starter and buying a rebuilt car one was far less than then buying a new Starter and said it is more powerful?
Or Should I just leave Triumph starter in ?

Car starter is stronger/better, but keep org. starter, hard to come by.

the problem was when the dealership put my heater seat in they never bothered to shorten the harness wire just folded it all up, so bike wasn't getting full power to start all the time, in picture you can see all the crazing extra wire that came out of bike.
And this guy put a relay in to slow down my LD single lights which dealer did not.
Now she's starting all the time I got my baby back and went out for a ride have not ridden since 2021 so I was excited and rusting lol
Thanks so much you guys.
