Starter Relay Location Question?

From looking at the relay pic, you can see it's a 30a / 40a 5 pin relay. Indicators do not need a 30 - 40amp supply, but a starter does, so from that, I'd be going for it's a starter relay. Pull it & see if the starter works, easy. Or if the starter isn't working, test the relay or just replace it.
