Another TuneECU Question

Hello, Getting myself oriented here. New to me 09 Touring, New to TuneECU about to DL and install a new map. reading the map descriptions some are "Secondaries removed" others are "Secondaries 100%"
What's the difference?
Secondaries are the second set of butterflies? So I assume they mean fixd open or removed?
Straighten me out here please.

100% to me would mean fully open where they were previously restricted as we know they are.
Triumph apparently restricted the power low down so we didnt kill ourselves when the power unleashed!
