Rockets Across America V – Spring Launch

how about one meal catered so we all will be together one night at the motel. How's Fri night and don't forget the bourbon. I've never met anyone from the RAA.

hey anthony ,i think that is a great idea...gives everyone a chance to hang out an meet...get to know each other....either friday or saturday night would be great, then we wont be a group of strangers on the ride!!!
 
My vote is cook out or everyone fend for themselves...
Maybe a cook ou on Friday night, then the other nights everyone can cook out or go out and then meet up for beverages after.

AND NO ONE IS GETTING MY PIZZA!!!

I will do the cook out friday night and everyone can donate what ever they want. I will also make arrangment for several local places to deliver or have carryout. sounds like a plan to me.
 
Steve....I will help ya with the cookout.....Well actually I think everyone can pitch in and help......
As far as just having one meal so we arent strangers riding.....yall know the campfire is where its at after the rides.......Ime sure we will have a campfire friday evening so everyone can get to know each other........
This is usually the way it works.........
Steve any changes in plans on the campfires???
 
Good day all, I see someone was kind enough to put my name on the list and I didn't even have to say anything. So since I check in every once in a while it's nice things are getting done. I vote for cookout on Friday and fend for yourself for the rest. I'll just have some of that rabbit and have Scot share some of that stuff he's having...
 
I'll help out w/ the cookout if we are able to make it down on Friday.
Amanda starts a new job on March 31st, and I'm getting transferred to another post on April 1st... so we don't have any clue what our schedules will be.
