I am more than happy to not arrange any food and let everyone fend for them self that will be easier in the long run. We will have access to a kitchen and several grills just looking for feedback so I can get the final agenda together. their are plenty of places we can get carryout and delivery.

Well Ime with you Steve.Everyone needs to have an input here.Me personally I figure if we have a kitchen and grills why not just let everyone chip in and cook burgers and such when we get back in the evenings?
Is there a grocery store fairly close to there where we can get supplies to cook?
If so,then we can cook breakfast and dinner......
Thats just my opinion......

sounds good to me if you are up to cooking for 50+ I will sure help.... lets see what everyone else has to say. Maybe several could get together an sponsor a meal that way the burden is spread out across the group..... I think duke is bringing pizza wonder if he will share

Just let everyone decide what they want to do.....and dont worry about it.......I think you have done more than enough already.....Thank You for all your hard work Steve.....You always pull off a great time for the rest of us.....

The way I see it,
Thats only 25 burgers apiece for STB and Dusty Rose to cook,
shouldn't be no problem at all.

I want pizzaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa I am a kind of pickity(is that a word) and would rather scrounge for my own grub, that being said it is nice coming back to a cooked meal.

Thats looks like 4 people for fend for yourself on food. I am getting a suite with a kitchen people are welcome to use also all rooms have fridges an microwaves. everyone please chime in so we can finalize the plans.

i vote everyone fend for themselves, there is natural bridge lodge just up the road with a great buffet. Also a barbacue place at torrent falls, a mile or so further from motel. And several restaurants within 10 miles... But i am game for chipping in an buying an cooking the food with the group!
