I don't even care about the R since the GT aparently has the same rake angle.

Price too high.
Tire too short.
ECU too locked.

As predicted:
66" wheelbase, 0.7" shorter
139mm trail down from 148mm.
27.9 degree rake down from 32 degrees.

Those numbers pretty closely align with what you get on a roadster using 240/55R16 and 140/75R17 with 1" longer shocks.

So it'll be about as agile as the bike many of us already have, similar weight after swapping the roadster cans out, with a narrower power band and 6th gear.

Forward controls on the GT but no floor boards? No rider back rest listed either! Cruise control will be nice for the long trips. The luggage is ugly to me and not as big as I need for my long trips. Sure I can rethink my packing but the R3T upgrade was what I was hoping for, not a sport touring bike.

Ditto...no boards=no purchase. I wanted a touring machine instead of my roadster. Might have to look at other brands.

If/when I need to trade in my R3 because it's getting too heavy and I'm getting too old, it'll be a KTM Superduke or Diavel....all the punch and a lot less weight

Nobody seems to be talking about the biggest change of all. They changed it from "Rocket III" to "Rocket 3"!
This could mean the end of the Rocket One Hundred and Eleven as we know it.

Nice but scale aside could be easily mistaken for the x Diavel which isn't really an issue as the Duc is stunning in its own right but I like the current rocket as its unique in styling....... I just don't know, it gives me a twitch but but no more than a semi at the moment!!!!
