Rocket Jewelery by Claudia

Once the dust settles and (if) the rings turn out to be wonderful you can always go back and order another one. Would almost certainly be a better experience.

Afraid have to agree Mitch. I waited until Aussies got theirs, as they haven't yet, considering the time frame, so many excuses, no communications, Sadly no matter how good the product, this business should be black listed. If and when people ask why just direct them to this forum.

Will have to look at home grown Jewellers, at least then when you get this sort of treatment you can go directly to the source and give them a little tap on the scone to wake them up.

Yep definitley Marty couldnt agree more i dont care if its the best ring ive ever seen it still wont change anything in my book.
There will be plenty of other jewelers that can do the same job with decent customer service and have the staff to fill in if one of them breaks an arm and a leg gets polio there dog dies and a meteor hits their house and they have no fingers to reply to our questions im sure .
A jeweler that already has a decent relationship with a trusted caster and knows what to expect rather than dragging the customer through the process of elimination with them just for the sake of making the sale.
I had a ring made with another forum and although it isnt on the same scale of detail as this ring it was delivered to me in two weeks and their was more people that orderd than this i assure u .
comunication was great as was customer service and i would deal with them again in a heartbeat.
For me the whole experience with Claudia was unexceptable regardless of the reasons for the delays .The customer shouldnt even have to hear about it. If there is a problem u deal with it however is necessery and get the job done for the customer without excuse. Thats how professionals run otherwise your just as good as the next backyard joe bloe pretending to run a buisness . not aiming to offend but that is the straight up truth in black and white im affraid.

On the other hand I would do buissness with Sam "Travelguy" again no questions asked in a heartbeat the headers he built are great they are exactly what i asked for he was polite and kept me in the loop at all times. i couldnt speak more highly of him.
If he run a header buissness full time i would recomend him to everyone . Any buissness for that matter because he obviously takes pride in his work and conducts himself unequivocally in a profesional manner that he can be proud of.

Yup it's silver
Whip into the jewelry box it goes
That was fun
Twelve hours and fingers black
Oh ya I remember me and silver don't get along but it should tarnish nicely
Oh well
Have to take it to my jeweler and see if he can make me one out of gold

Dam that's a shame but was there not talk of some kind of hard coating that you can have done or is it a silver byproduct

To answer the question!
to pick a color u need to go to the auto parts store like advanced auto and get the # and name of the color and put it up here with your name.
if u oxidize the ring it eats at the metal so I can put flat black on and it will look the same.
as for the rhodium it is included in the price and it help to protect the ring more and it will not tarnish as easy. And is done after the engraving.

Is this rhodium she refers to supposed to keep it from turning your finger black
Maybe yours didnt get done?

thought about gold plating it but I think a lot of the fine detail will be lost
its pretty thou
Ive got no complaints other then it took so long
but I swear there was talk about some kind of coating that was going to be on it

but i did order it plain so i suppose thats what i got
