I hope she recovers well and gets well soon definitely but from a business point of view communication is important and sometimes u have to bring in help if you can't meet your own responsibilitys or obligations that's just life . I'm not trying to be insensitive just pointing out a fact all of this info would have been taken into consideration when we chose our jeweler from the start .Not trying to be mean to Claudia I'm sure she is a lovely lady but I wouldn't hire a one armed juggler for a party because they are a nice person it just wouldn't work . Just my opinion

I don't believe it was a scam. I think that Claudia took on the work in good faith but clearly did not have the capcity to deal with things not all going to plan. In that sense she should not have taken our money up front until she was sure she could deliver. Two people apparently have their rings and others may or may not have been shipped, so I think it unlikely Claudia set out to cheat us. As it is I guess she can't afford to refund money because she has the rings, and can't finish them off because of her personal circumstances. Have to say I'm more annoyed at not having the ring than at the prospect of blowing the money.

Haha and even if it was I know that when I finally get over that way there will be one extra special destination on my list but I don't think that is the case she just took on more than she can chew which is why I suggest a new jeweler for future projects

I called and sent a text yesterday and will stop by the shop tomorrow.
Don't know what is going on. This is hunting season (gun) for deer here
in the state of Kentfuc#y. I hunt out the back door( kinda) and at lunch time
tomorrow I will see whats up. I heard she was in prison for faking a
bunch of jewelery orders . When she gets out, or if Mike will hire
me, the rings in the states will be sent. I hope everyone knows that
I'm just poking. I understand that people are pissed off, and will
see whats up. I have only known Mike and Claudia as long as the
rest of the forum. I did see the dog tag, and it looks pretty cool.
I'm not ready to give up on her, and won't stop until EVERYONE
gets there rings.

Did she say anything about giving us a tracking number because the only thing stopping her from posting that number would be if she hasn't actually sent the rings so c'mon Claudia let us have our tracking number

If you search "custom jewelry", get sites where many jewelers get to see what it is you want, and bid on the project. You describe your needs, and wait for replies. Just sayin'

So apparently only 2 rings have been sent out?
Well, Ken picked his up after the first casting,
mine was sent after the third casting.
I find it hard to imagine only 2 got sent out..
Mine turned out ok, what's the holdup?
Claudia just send them out.
The guys will be happy with a ring
whether it's polished and painted to perfection or not.
Nobody is asking for perfection, just some correspondence and their rings.
