You're absolutely correct Jim. We've all be patiently waiting and naturally that turns into impatience when time drags on. Mitch is entitled to express his view and we should respect him for speaking up - I do - and he has expressed thoughts many of us no doubt would have been having anyway. Mitch, good on you mate.

Claudia's had some issues to deal with which really shouldn't be our problem but have become our problem. However, as a member of this site I reckon she's entitled to some leeway. She's had to be patient too and perhaps, reflecting on those who have let her down, we need to be thankful that she's not been impatient and rushed to finish off a substandard product.

Bottom line is we all want to see and feel our rings soon and I get the feeling we're going to.

Claudia, some of us changed our minds about colouring when we saw the previous sample. That view may change if the latest sample is better - that's why it's important we see one before you get too far with finishing.

Also, with several rings coming to Australia as one package, can we have an assurance that you'll do all of those at the same time so as not to hold up the whole batch waiting on one to be finished.

Mitch, sorry for any confusion. You as a customer certainly have the right to
be upset. This is a Mom and Pop shop. They cannot afford to hire anyone else.
They lost $700.00 making this right. The caster in New York screwed them over.
I'm sure everyone has lost their patients, and I am sorry. Thanks to all for their
input. This is still two people trying to do their best, only to make us happy.

Claudia in regards to this if you need to hold back the package because of Ann's Gold Ring let me know and I will send extra for postageand you can send later just let me know so you don't delay the others. As for coloring if it will save time for them to come here I'm not fussed if mine is or isn't same with Ann's, it depends on the other guys if they still want thiers done then do mine, as I said if Ann's ring is going to delay sending them send the others and let me know addition funds needed

Hanso I don't mind if we wait for your wife's ring and I don't want people to be offended by my comments it's fine. I just wanted a straight answer as to when we would be getting them and a photo of them .I didn't mean to offend Claudia or anybody else I just like a bit more communication when somebody else has my money on the other side of the world. All I was asking her was when will they be done but all she tells me is why they are not which really isn't answering my question .I'm happy to wait for all the rings to be sent no problem

It's cool I have have had to contend with angxiety all my life and I get around it by fighting by laughing or Shuting the World out and that ain't fun but it has helped me to be more patient with other people as I know I must be annoying when I talk to much and can't do a thing about it, when people get annoy I just say this is me take me as I am or piss off.
So in short I know where you are coming from money does not grow on trees and it's nice to know what happening especially when everytime you switch on the news some arsehole is ripping somebody off, I sure you haven't offended anyone here if you have well what can I say Tought luck to them it is a free world and you are can stiil say whats on your mind, oh that doesn't mean I'm letting of those many drinks you owe me Buddy
