Yea, we should have them at our homes in a couple of weeks.
She is working her tail off, trying to clean them. She removes 90%
of the molding crap, then Mike finishes them, then she paints them.
I think. Not to sure of all the things they do.
Won't be long now.

Bad news, well not too bad. It's gona take another week or so for the rings.
It turns out that the caster made some kinda mistake inside the ring.
The caster is going to take full responsability for the mistake and re- mold them.
Mike can and will have mine done to show at the fall launch.
As soon as the new ones come in, mine will also be replaced.
Mike can add solder and make it look OK, but if I have any work done
to it ( heated) it will melt the solder. Plus, the process takes 3 or 4 hours.
Mike won't sell an inferior product. And I applaud his efforts. So it is a minor set back,
nothing we can't handle. Sorry guys. The one that has to suffer more than all is
Claudia. She gets to re-clean a bunch of new castings, poor girl. That will
give her some more muscles.

That's bad news, but at least Claudia has warmed up and will be ready for the second attempt. I hope you are having a soothing drink while you wait and recover Claudia, Just remember guys Good Thing Come To Those Who Wait, it's true but geez sometimes I hate that saying!!

ken is right! the more we filed and looked at the ring we found to many flaws in each one of them and we take pride in quality products. On the top to the left of the 3 was blobbed in and u could not see the flag, On the side there were voids in the letters. we are sorry for the delay but you folks have put your trust in us and we will not mask a problem that would show up later if they needed to be sized or repaired. If we are not satisfied with the product we make it right! and thats what we are doing right now. the casting company is redoing them all at no cost to us or u! they are very good about that and they know we are right! as for my shoulder it will be up and ready for them when they get here! and I will be sending the ladies ring with the six other rings too! And as far as the drink goes I will be doing that tonight! We are going to a cigar party, where we get to eat free pizza and get free cigars! It can't get any better than that! Well, I'm glad to report when I went to the post office yesterday,
I got a surprise.
A gift from the Aussies and one in particular.
A BIG Thank you to CanberraR3 for my beautiful buckle.
It now holds a prominent place among my other buckles.
I guess I should update the pics of my collection since it's grown somewhat since
I posted pictures last.
BUT, I sure wanted to thank you and post a pic or two so ya'll could see it here,
cause it is jewelry to me....
So,,, without further ado,

like I said, not the best picture cause it's so shiny it reflects the light,
