I had ask about the limited addition thing awhile back! with no reply! If this is a problem please let me know. I was under the impression that this was a club with lots of members. but I will honor what ever the ones that got this started wants! did not mean to step on anyones toe. Sorry for that.

The more the merrier(marry her). I don't think there is a limited amount, maybe 1700 members. However they all will be numbered. Mine is 22 and so far she doesn't have 22 orders. Just let her know your intentions. The numbers are down as I post, BUT!!!!!!

:soapbox:why should it be a "limited addition"? there will be many more RIII owners that will come and go, and some will want a ring to go along with their ownership of a RIII and also membership (brotherhood) to these forums.

Yes I think numbering and maybe the year 2011 on them would be fine it is the first numbers and year made.

And why make the limited I'm sure their are folks who would love a ring right now but are not financially ready to purchase, and if there are only a set number made then where dose that leave them? I think that is a little unfair. Numbered yes, limited no.

not to mention we have a jeweler who has worked very hard for our business, and has done a fine job as far as I can tell, and this is her living, so it wouldn't be fair to her not to be able to make and sell this ring to other members.

How about exclusive, numbered, first year of production but not limited???

I really like the numbering idea. At least it will be obvious who was in on it in the beginning.
Claudia, if you keep the numbers consecutive I dont see a problem.
