I went with Progressive 440's heavy duty spring and it was a big improvement.

What length? I am 6'2" and am comfortable with the height of my stock shocks but might adjust if there is an advantage?

I believe I read the Stock height is 12.5", so there is a half inch to raise the height and some lowered heights in half inch increments.
I'm 6'4" 230lb, I also like the Stock height, but am Not against raising up to a 13". I'm more confused as to which Type to get, Standard or Heavy Duty. I've heard Heavy Duty should be the choice if your toting 270lb or more. If my wife goes with me more than 50% of the time, does that mean I should choose Heavy Duty?

I saw in another thread on the topic that Heavy Duty is recommended if rider weight is over 200 lbs. I also found this:

"Did you know we produce both a Standard and Heavy Duty version of most of our shocks? The key difference is the spring rate of the HD being heavier, but when is a Heavy Duty shock better suited than the standard version?
- Heavy Duty Applications are recommended for bikes that are operated at or near the manufacturer’s maximum load rating over 50% of the time. Riding heavy? Riding two up most of the time? Perhaps towing a trailer? All excellent reasons to swap to the heavy duty version.

I went with Wlibers. No complaints over 15,000 km. i swapped them shortly after buying the bike.

just fitted some 440,s but second hand units, took the bike out yesterday, all types of road conditions inc b roads/motorways etc and thought the standards are 100% better.
how are the 440,s adjusted ?
not a happy bunny.
