So finally I got the risers from eBay.

Installed them, rerouted the cables behind the upper yoke.

However, the throttle cable is very tight, even when the handle is straight…

What is the work around that…has anyone else got the same issue with rivco risers???

I can't remember where I got mine, but there are companies that will make custom length throttle cables. Barnett, maybe? Try googling

Improve riding position? Z handle bars or any other kind that does not require any cable mods? Or May be cable

Try Honda Valkyrie bars. I installed them on my old 2005 R3 and they improved the comfort immensely. I didn't need to modify any cables, etc.
