Richard TTS Tune Launched - 186bhp at wheel with tune

no, there is no problem loading any map on newer rockets on top of that there is no problem with penner map at all. Thousands have done it on newer rockets. I am in to tuneecu group and I see people press buttons on apps which they shouldnt.

its very easy process unless someone does something very wrong.
On 2023 models? I believe all of the 2500cc Rockets are Euro 5 compliant so that in itself isn’t the issue.

from what I understand , according to what Penner wrote a few days ago, is that there is still certainly some problem with loading the maps in the 2023 models starting from a certain VIN number . he himself says that the problem is not the map but probably something that could not get all the bits on the ecu, and if this happens you can fry the ECU. Then , I do not know . I maybe will try BT MOTO. except that someone tells me that he was able to load maps of Penner, or Richard or DNK for VIN like mine which is out of those indicated in the maps ( my VIN # AZ9884)

if they gave points for asking questions you would win the gold medalion so far ahead of us it would be like the rabbit and the turtle

do you even have the tune ecu and the lonlec cable?
if so try to save the map on your machine.
if it ruins your ecu the rest of us will know not to do that.:roll:
if you succeed then more than likely you will be able to load the map that you like.
i would think that the headlights should be (fuse removed/disconnected ) and also have a good extra battery hooked to it.
sometimes a battery charger will screw up the map load.
just my opinion

using TUNEECU is not complicated, but if you get it wrong you can screw everything up. already in 2013 I programmed my KTM smr 990. it went very well and the bike became a rocket. but there were far fewer limitations before. I don't have the Bluetooth key to program the Rocket because I'm still deciding which system to use. for the charger you are right: you need an additional battery.

i was thinking that the dongle you need is around $60
i have one of those so i can help my bros if they have trouble so it is a good thing to carry and it will give some info on your cars. it will save you money in the long term.

for the Triumph rocket with Tuneecu need OBDLink Bluetooth MX +. for the dongle how do you use it?

The LX is sufficient for TuneEcu and cheaper. The MX+has more capability and can be used with cars. The instructions are on Tuneecu.fr.
I can't answer you on this. I'm only telling you what DNK wrote to me who supports and recommends that for the 2023 model it is better to use MX+, both for the transmission speed and for the new OBD dongle firmware
