The titanium valves are not meant for (more)power but reducing massweight of the valves in higher rpmrange.

After a good nightsleep I think swapping steel-titanium valves for a 2300 won't fly. Cause the 2500 cylinderhead should be wider than a 2300 one.
I'm curious what the parts dept will tell you.

Ti valves have been added to the 2.3l motors. They obviously weren’t Triumph spec parts, but the engine builders always seem to figure what will work with smallish modifications.

I totally get why they are used. No seriously! All I was attempting (unsuccessful I see) is pointing out that if your bike didn’t come with them, it’s not a big deal.

The parts dept can look up the new Rocket valves and see if they use the TI vaves in all the new Rockets

While your checking with the parts department have them look up the valve shims. I'd like to know if they finally switched to under the bucket shims.
 
So are the cams directly on top of the valves? Do the lobes of the cam act directly on the valve stem bucket? If so then that would limit the opening rate of the valve compared to a valve actuating system that is rollerized. A roller cam profile would be able to open the valve much quicker (much steeper lift ramp) and that would be where a titanium valve would really be an advantage based on it's lighter weight.
 

Well put, I do not buy a bike just for the power or the uniqueness or the beauty alone but all those factors and more in combination. I also buy one because I can and not hurt the bottom line for my family. I know full well I am throwing money down the money pit hole and seem to enjoy it. Don't know how many more years of riding left in me
 
What are you riding these days? We are into Indian Motorcycles big time.
 
ENJOY YOURSELF your not throwing money away its a lot of fun for the money spent compared to other hobbies
