Been tripping over the ramair box in the shed for a while now so thought it was about time I did something about it....
Threw it on yesterday and did 12 min tune and took it down to Pro Dyno to sort it out.
Fred ran it up and basically said it was running dangerously lean after 12 min tune.
Didn't even want to do a base run in the state it was in.. Opps
After bout 3 1/2 hrs I rode out of there with.
153.37 up from 146.57 max power
161.71 up from 156.15 max torque
Soo smooth now I couldn't believe the difference.
Bit of induction noise now but not offensive at all.
All this and only slip on pipes, filter and standard headers....
Going back on the weekend TC
He had the day off as well.
Swear that place looks more like a HD dealership every time I turn up there.
Not a good look for Triumph Aust
Went back to stock airbox. The crickets got the best of me. Beside, I downloaded the 20268 to a friend's bike and he had the stock underseat filter and we ran perfectly even. Shes much smoother now.
I didnt at first, but mine seemed to be loudest at cruising on the highway speed. After a solid hour of that I was done with it. It sounded like the Jetson's car.
