the orchard creek is $110 a night ,the bell motor motel on north main in spearfish is with aaa discount $55 so that is where I will sleep

Do we all want to move to the Bell's ? They are cheap but doesn't look like they have any shade trees or park area for a picnic.

I just spoke to John Wolf Spearfish Creek Inn. He has 20 rooms available for 7-17,18,19 check out 20th. He is working up a rate and contacting me back soon. spearfishcreekinn.com He has a pool, tables by the creek, shade trees, grills and a park with a pavilion right next door. This place is just across the creek from Orchard Creek Cottages.

Looks like July 18th to 23rd in Spearfish, SD area.
I have perused room availability and find few hotels with 8 double rooms (most you can reserve on line).
We should get on this, unless you all prefer to just wing-it on the rezzies on our own?
I have proposed arrive Sun, spend three nights (ride area on Mon & Tues).
Ride to Red Lodge Wed, spend one night. Ride to Cody Thu, spend a night.
Wing-it after that.

I would appreciate input, opinions and suggestions regarding all this.
I hope you agree that we should get going on firming this all up?

no I did not because steve had already booked himself at the orchard and some other captains probably as well ask him? he has a better understanding of the situation

red lodge rooms look little high $ to me called Stillwater lodge 30 some miles north only have room for 10/12 people good rates I think 95 for 2full beds per room to 102 for 2 bedrooms 2 beds each looks best to me staying up on the slab in columbus have not looked at cody yet

Hi Steve, What is in Red Lodge, MT and Cody, WY for riding attractions ?

Red Lodge is a cool little town. They are MC friendly and host a HUGE bike rally in August.
Home of Bone Daddy's Bike shop, it is the gateway to the Beartooth Pass.

Cody is an even better larger town. Home of Buffalo Bill and a very famous museum which includes the largest gun display ever!
Jellystone is to the west, Spearfish to the east, and Denver is to the south.

I have stayed in several places, but the Sunrise Motor Inn is the best bang for the buck.

The riding in between is spectacular!
