RAA XI - ROOMS & ROUTE

This confuses me, Amigo. Do you prefer everybody just wing it (find their own) on the rooms?
Do you NOT want a rolling RAA?
Please explain further how you would like it?
All you speak of will be seen and Yellowstone is an easy ride west from Cody.
Nobody will be left behind out on the road.
I just want everyone to have fun!

I meant it would be nice if we can find a motel where we all can hang out, not 3 guys in one and 6 guys 100 miles away

Pretty tough to do that for that month.
We can surely find one or if needed another within close (walking) distance and then use the best one for gathering.
Spearfish ans Lovell are not so big we can't stay connected.

Lovell, WY July 20 Western Motel
Cody, WY July 21 Sunset Best Western

I told Nenette to group the RAA callers together if possible and I hoped we would fill her up.

In Cody, the Best Western Sunset is a very nice hotel, but the Sunrise Motor Inn is more economical.
I have stayed at both and each are fine and only a block or so apart.
I prefer the Sunrise because all rooms are ground floor where you can park in front of your room.
The Best Western Sunset is a walk in hotel, multiple floors accessed from a walk in lobby. You can not walk directly out of your room to your motor.
Just sayin' . . .

RE Sunrise motor inn could not get anyone on the phone to book phone provider tells me they are not setup!!! emailed them

Sunrise is closed and won't open until sometime in April I think. Didn't want to wait that long and not be able to get a room elsewhere.

There are a lot of rooms available in Cody.
