RAA XI - ROOMS & ROUTE

Hello stranger! Nice to see you posting:thumbsup:
This RAA will be kinda rolling, will start at Spearfish and then,,,,,, hell i don't know, @1olbull , will you explain Mike the entire intinerary? Im lost myself:oops:

Hey old buddy. I posted in another thread, the one you started on the Harley incident, that I need to yak at ya about he ignition relay install. I called the number I had for you but someone else answered and said it wasn't your number. Can you PM me with a new one? I can't figure out how to get to my PMs but will figure it out.

It was a good day. I spoke to Mexican about a host of old buddy stuff along with RAA. I also talked with IDK and will be seeing him on Thursday.

Now back to RAA. I'll book a room in Spearfish but for how long will we be there before moving on to Cody? I've got an email pending with Bull but want to book tomorrow in order to get a room.

I'll be riding a Nomad 1600 so you guys will have to slow down for me.

Ride itinerary sent via email, Amigo.
Nomad? Better had start right now!
My brother Dan rode one of those for years.
A fine bike, you'll have little trouble keeping up . . . perhaps.

I sent a note to Bull but just to let the rest of the gang know, I've reserved three nights at the Spearfish Creek Inn. The have two rates for a single, $67 and a bit nicer room for $77. I got the latter. Will be making my reservation for the first WY stop tomorrow morning.

I'm in at Lovell and looking forward to a great Rocket road trip although I'll be riding a Nomad.

With that said, IDK visited us at my son's home in Bel Air MD today. In addition to tuning my son's piano he joined me in giving my son lots of supervision and advice as he worked on the exhaust on my old 2007 Classic Tourer in his shop.

Earlier I had followed my son over to the shop to pick it up after having a front tire installed and following him riding this fine machine back to the house made me well miss it. I always do I suppose. My son loves the Rocket and and looks forward to many miles on it.

I'm a bit concerned though in that he was looking at the Carpenter performance upgrades this afternoon.

Hey Mike @ski you be coming - right?
As you know Steveo, being retired gives a person many choices on trips. Alaska? California/Oregon/Washington? S. Dakota/Wyoming/Montana/RAAXI? I lean toward the Great White North. It's prominent in the bucket list. OR, Head to Cali and try really hard to get to Spearfish for RAA. I will be making my decision next week while I relax in Maggie Valley with my good friend Bags. Where ever I go, I will be staying in the Ski-RV. Got the Sprinter built out like a Polish Class A. I can *hit shower and shave in there now. Although I haven't shaved since September.
So who you taking along to RAA? Dan? Sam? Sure would like to see y'all. Been want to meet some of the other crew too. Like Cheif Rocket pocket and Idaho Red. Decisions, one thing I stink at.
How bout a RAA shirt? If I don't make it to SD, how would I get it? If I add some to the price, do you mail?
