Holiday Motel is still booked solid . . . is it not?

I had a couple of others that MAY come along but they arent thrilled about staying away from the group.

Yes they are still booked I just can't seen to get an accurate count for the food ...the number of rooms booked don't seen to match my current roster. . Next week is crunch time for me driving down to meet with the caterer and food suppliers to finalize and make a deposit ......The overflow is on the same side of the street about 100 yards away

2) If There is a red question mark On you line I need that Information By Wednesday April 11th.

3) If you have a room reserved and you plan on not attending please cancel and let me know.

4) If I have your counts or information wrong please let me know ASAP so I can update.

Boy you guys are lucky ...... we were there about a month ago with jduke and amanda and we stayed in 13 & 14 so the new mattresses have been broken in for you.... Going down next week end for the spring bash I will let you know who the lucky Receiptant is of the additional broken in mattress.........
