We are in (Nurse Ratchet and I) and there is a pretty good chance we will have some friends with us. Will make reservations as soon as I get home from Florida

Who is actually running RAA9 ?

There is no one person running RAA 9. I posted the idea of Colorado because no one else was willing to step out there.
Many others have helped with the dates, locations and rides.

Can the week pole be removed since it has been settled?
Can you replace it with one for attendance numbers?

I cant remove the pole. In the past we would do a head count in this format (Handle / #in party / #of motorcycles / State of origin / approx days staying)
the list would grow either by editing or everyone quoting the first persons post.

We did something similar for RAA Texas and it worked pretty well. You could check out the format in the RAA forum
