Org I like this idea

Easterners & south easterners could meet up @ Colorado Springs on Sat night (21st). (CO Springs is about 684 miles from Tulsa)
Sunday (22nd) (weather permitting) ride Pikes Peak then Mount Evans and stay along I-70 (maybe Eagle, CO) (about 317 VERY LONG miles)
Monday (23rd) do a scenic rt into Montose. (depending on rt selection, a pretty easy day, under 200 miles)

After re-thinking this, if we did do this, we should shorten Sunday's destination from Eagle to Georgetown making it about 221 miles-estimated ride time 8 1/2 hrs, on that day. More time for stops & pics on the scenic roads.

Then Monday, if we went direct from Georgetown to Montrose, it would still be an easy day about 255 miles-estimated 4 1/4 hrs (via I-70, which is pretty nice in that section as far as interstate, thanks to the mountains) So we could get into Montrose early afternoon.

Not sure what you mean? The links with ride info? I didn't join anything.

I can give you more close up rt maps if that would help.

Or if you do MapSource (Garmin) I can email a GPX file.

BTW---the Pikes Peak Hillclimb is June 29 this year.
