RAA 9 June 2014 Colorado head count

I think that might be too much for one day?...prob'ly do PP and stay CO Sprgs? then Mt Evans next day?--might be more realistic.
So who IS planning the day rts?

I guess me with the understanding all is optional as some folks may not wish to ride every day.
I posted some suggested rides earlier in this thread and can send them to you if you wish. The first is attached here: http://binged.it/1jjPcFJ.

From Montrose, it is about 265 miles to Idaho Springs and then another 200 miles to do Mt. Evans AND Pikes Peak. Likely better to split it into a 2 day ride.

Yes please send them all to me.

My Plan is to arrive Montrose Monday afternoon - early evening.

I was original thinking of leaving Nampa Sunday morning and riding to Green River, WY. or depending which way I go maybe Moab or Grand Junction. Either way departing Monday morning from the Sunday night stop to then arrive Montrose later Monday afternoon. I can adjust the plan if need be. Leave Saturday afternoon and stop at Provo or Spanish fork instead. Go on from there to the Sunday night stop.

Since there isn't a group planned ride to Pikes Peak, I am going to leave Thursday morning and head to Colorado Springs to do Pikes Peak Friday morning. It is always best to do PP in the morning. PP makes it's own weather and often gets clouded over by midday.
