R3R vs 2023 BMW R1250GS Rally

These things can do 140 in the quarter mile. If you let up at 125 you already lost.
I get it, it's just that most of the bikes I run are so badly beat by the time I hit that 125 mark everybody knows there is no point staying on the gas. If I had the long straight asphalt I'd hold WAO to see how a race ends.;)

My 2014 Lush Roadster puts out 203/166 to the wheel and is not speed limited. It would stand a better chance of actually winning.

170+ rwhp (you) vs 125 rwhp (GS)? You should be embarrassed for even racing him. Next you’ll be racing Subarus. Any of your pals have an M1000RR?

What is this sacrilege of which speak? Death before dishonor! 😄
Haha, yeah. took a little orange quickie yesterday morning. At 155 mph I was looking around for the good doctor, but no one in sight. Oh well, there weren't any other bikes out either with the temps in the triple digits. Look for some shade and take a road less traveled.

Those are wickedly fast! KTM is known for their power...how has reliability on it been? Any issues?

There are two types of riders:
Those who've R3d, those who haven't.

I reckon there's no boxer BMW made that can outrun an R3; for that matter, I reckon there are only 4 BMWs that can. K1200S/K1300S/S1000rr/S1000xr. They all share the same foundational engine design, not a coincidence.
