Power commander 3 vs 5

Got my ram air intake on the way and need to order a power commander. Can I use the power commander 5 on my 06 rocket? I don't see why there would be any difference and is really like the newer features...anyone got a line on this issue?

I have a PCV fitted to my 07....just plug and play.....I have AT aswell but not got around to fitting it yet
 
What Scott said plus the Auto Tune is worth the extra money unless you have a Good Dyno Tuner near you
 
Thanks for all the advice guys! Ordered a pc 5, it's going along with my carpenter exhaust and ram air filter kit. A little strapped right now cause I have to get a baffle for the exhaust and it looks like it'll have to be custom made. There are some dyno tuners near by but I don't know if they have rocket experience.
 
Any advice on what kind of tune to use until I get an auto tuner for it? Everyone has been so helpful, thanks so much!!
