P0108 and P0113 after ramair upgrade

P0108 is intake manifold pressure and p0113 is intake temp check the plugs that you have disconnected when you fitted the ram air, also the start relay behind left side panel the manual will tell you which is which you can swap the fan one with the starter one to see if that is a faulty relay. I have an 08 classic so you may need to refer to the roadster manual for exact location.

Last evening I swapped relay, but no luck.

I wish I could help but I'm no good on electrical stuff.
I did notice 2 things in your video. The second time you pressed the starter the headlights seems to be flickering. This didn't happen the other times. Not sure what that means but it is odd that it only did it that one time.
Also, your auxiliary lights were on. Have you tried to start with lights on low beam and the aux lights turned off. Surely that's too much load for the system.

I don't think you should hold the clutch lever in all the time, the ecu control needs to see it being switched which is what happens when u pull it in.
It sounds like you have a big short on the ignition side. Unplug the lights etc to eliminate that side of the system.

Okay, I'll try starting it today with all lights unplugged by taking out fuse.

I had a very similar issue to this last week before the trip to RAA.
I had a nearly new battery in the bike.
Out of desperation I went and bought another new battery, installed it and everything's working fine so far. I would suggest you put a new battery in your bike and then go from there.

Okay, I'll try starting it today with all lights unplugged by taking out fuse.

The bike will not start with the headlight fuse removed.

The battery that failed me was purchased on the Internet. The name escapes me right now, but it was bright yellow in color. It was the first and last battery I shall buy online.
I like the interstate batteries, but
because the time was short for leaving to Arkansas, I picked up a battery at Baxter Auto Parts. So far it seems to be doing the job just fine.
