Do you still have the bike battery in the bike and are just jumping from the car battery?

Yes. Bike battery is already installed, I'm jump starting it with car battery, which is also installed in car. Ideally, when I press start button, headlight should get dim. But this is not happening. I think some intelligent British system already know to not start bike.

Is the battery that is in the bike the one that died? Have you had the battery in the bike on a battery tender while not using the bike? (I don't think so) If it is the same battery that died I would disconnect it from the circuit entirely and jumper from the car battery to the battery leads and see what happens before I settled on having a bad starter.

I tried both ways, with bike battery installed and jump start, and without bike battery. I read somewhere if we remove bike battery for some time, it will reset the ecu. So, I tried this, but same results.

Wow, this document opens new angle. Starter motor relay can be faulty. May be the errors in getting in tuneecu are just cosmetic.
Now, is there a way to check starter motor relay? What if I connect my jumper leads directly to starter motor?

P0108 is intake manifold pressure and p0113 is intake temp check the plugs that you have disconnected when you fitted the ram air, also the start relay behind left side panel the manual will tell you which is which you can swap the fan one with the starter one to see if that is a faulty relay. I have an 08 classic so you may need to refer to the roadster manual for exact location.

When you have everything apart, unplug connectors and apply elec grease and push and pull apart several times to make good connections.
