P0108 and P0113 after ramair upgrade

Hi, I am out of ideas and now asking for help. Bike is dead for more than 2 months now.
I was not riding my bike for last few months, but do start it few times a month. Then battery died. I kept starting it with car batteries. On the day I was upgrading oem air intake with ramair, I didn't started bike. Thought it will be harder to work on hot engine.
After step by step upgrade, bike refused to start. Fuel pump work, speedometer works, tachometer also works, but the moment I presume start button, a loud "tukk " sound comes then yellow light (service, looks like engine) comes on.
Googled and found out Dealertool, bought it. Showed error P0113 and P0108. Tried to fix it, by checking all the connections, cleared it. But of no use.
Then bought tuneecu cable and Android app. But same results.

Any help is most welcome. I want to fix my bike myself at home. Pride, yes, also it's very expensive to tow it to dealer.

Exactly what is the happening now,
. is the motor turning over by the starter motor
. Does all the lights in the speedo and tacho come on
. Are the head lights on when the ignition is turned on

Ni, motor is not getting turned by starter. The tukk sound I mentioned, is probably starter motor's robin is hitting engine"s crank. But before it can turn, a red light (like key shape) comes on. Then nothing works, not even that tukk sound. After few seconds, without me doing anything, fuel pump runs. Then I press start, same thing happen. Yellow light-tukk-red light.
Yes all lights come on on tachometer and speedometer.
Yes head lights are on, but I use after market led lights as headlight. Very low on voltage. Anyways, I am using a car Battery which is fully charged.
 
Vee, so the only thing you have done was fiit the Ramair, before that the bike started as normal and after no start.
Yes. Yesterday I took off ramair, and again installed oem air filter, but ended up with same error. I didn't installed oem filter properly, just the manifold that holds air sensor. And in open ducks, I stuck cloth, to mimic closeness.
 
Just a couple of things to throw in there,
check the kill switch is in the on position, check its not in gear with side stand down...I assume you are pulling the clutch lever in when trying to start?

The first thing I would do is get a new battery, the one you have is probably shot (dead/shorted cell most likely). If it still has issues pull the codes again and see what they are.

Okay, I can try that. But the battery I'm using is from car. Means, I'm using it in my car daily.
Is there any difference in car bike battery?

Do you still have the bike battery in the bike and are just jumping from the car battery?
