Next Generation Key-Less System

Nice video demo of my system by TriumphBabe on her Street Triple

(as she points out, her clutch switch was broken so she has that manual on/off switch in its place - normally just pull & release the clutch lever to turn it on)

Ok, so I have a bike that had a failed ignition. So I now get to carry 2 keys (One for new ignition and one for seat (I already changed the gas filler for an aluminum one without a key)).
Any suggestions as how to eliminate the need for a seat key on my 2005 R3R? I seem to recall it being mentioned in a thread a couple of years ago, but i can't seem to find the thread.

Get aftermarket seat...they don't use all the factory mounting points...just the tongue in the front and the screw tab in the rear. But FWIW it's never been a pain for me to have two keys on my ring.

yeah talk to Ken @DEcosse about it or rig a cable to pull latch as i did

Hi mate, got a 2009 roadster. What's the cost for the part above. I'm in South East England?

an idiot question:
Would this be a fix on my R3T if I need to replace my ignition switch (or if i just want to go keyless ) without having to remove the switch cylinder/hardware?
