My Roadster was always by far the most adrenaline pumping exciting to ride but now,,

I never understood why they changed the shifting position:confused:. I saw this air shifter in a Busa video look around 4:09...This looks like could solve a lot of problems in so many ways,i know some older riders who have trouble just lifting their leg to shift not to mention our wounded warriors ....

Do you think you would be able to retain the front engine guards and fit these controls?

Definitely not according to Refined Cycles. Thats the only thing that kept me from buying them. Eventually I will have to suck it up and buy all the touring parts for my Roadster so that I may have floorboards and comfort once again.

Wow. I find the the Rocket X with the stock set up very comfortable. I did not at first but after awhile and doing some stretching exercising on the side twice a day it is more comfortable to me than than Harley. Plus now I seem to move around a lot better at work and at play. At 57 years old and getting ready for 58 next month I feel as if I have a lot more mobility and enjoy it. The riding position on the Roadster X may be a ***** to some but for me it woke me up and realized that some parts of the body need more attention as we age. ;);););)
