I like to ride in smaller groups. It is easier to keep track of all the riders , safer and more easy to manage. Four to six bikes is my ideal but every now and again a big gaggle is fun.
If you are here for the first time then you may want to ride the named famous roads just to have done it but if your are a return customer then why not try and find something a little less traveled by the masses. It does take a bit of planning to pull a nice ride off considering the stops for food, restrooms and social time. If to may miles are attempted in the loop it could get to a chore to get it done. If it is to little a day is wasted.
Some people want the curviest road to challenge them and others would rather loaf along on a more open scenic route. Do you like to use fifth gear? Want to get a little speed? are you looking for a little spirited ride or do you need to relax a while? A person needs to decide what they want out of the day of riding other than social time.
One other thing to consider in this group. In the evening there is an enjoyment of libations, ect.

I have no problem with this type of adult entertainment even though I do not join in but it might affect the ride scheduling. What time do you like to get out for the day? Up to late and party to hard might require that you rest and recover more in the morning. You all be safe.
