Lowering the R3 2500

I need suggestions to lower the r3 2500
I am 5.6 and I am coming from VROD that is much lower
I love this bike but I am struggling every stop light .

Are you on the R seat or the GT seat? The GT seat is about 1" lower. That would be at least helpful, if you're currently using an R seat.

I am on r . I did try the gt . it is wider so the 1 cm difference is not noticeable

only way is to sit as far forward on the seat as possible- at it’s narrowest point right at the fuel tank.

That’s going to be difficult. Can you find a lower aftermarket seat? I bet Corbin could make one.

Has anyone installed this seat? Does it provide back support? I would like a backrest but do not want the touring seat. Any feedback would be appreciated. I am 6' 175, 34" inseam.

You can lower the front forks a little. I'm not sure how far on a 2.5L, but I know on the 2.3L bikes they have 12 mm of movement.
