lower performance in gears

The speeds you report all come in at 5500rpm.
That's pretty accurate point to reach top speed per gear, so that sounds like you are hitting a limiter.

Are you getting these speed readings from the speedometer or a GPS device?
What specification rear tyre are you running?

Assuming speedo readings; given your bike's modifications I would point first at the accuracy of the speedo. You can use an app on your phone to get accurate speed, and verify speedometer circuit accuracy.

After that - have you got tuneboy or tune ecu?
Hook it up and see what your rev limit is set to.
And while you're there, check speedo calibration adjustment (assuming you read your speeds from the speedo and not a GPS)

Also on my 2010 Roadster 6500rpm in 2nd is about 80mph, not 87. The other 2 speeds you give correspond however.

sorry but now, unluckily, I don't know accurately.. it has been with tuneEcu, some years ago, by authorize service dealer.. doubtless however so, not less 5900 rpm but not more 6150 rpm.. speed insteaad checked with GPS too, for rear tyre while I opted for Bridgestone Exedra Max

I am putting the Bridgestones on my bike, I hope you are finding them good.

Make surre that you don't have the restricted Euro- tune, I think it is for France, that limits the power to some amazingly low number.

Might also help if you noted your model and year under your avatar.

I thought the same, service dealer wrong updates map, since 2014 and I still believe so until today..
I asked to them since problem begin, they answer me isn't problem with diagnostic.. I still ask to them during every check year..

I could do damage, minor or serious, if this problem won't be solved..

I ask me if a wrong map, 100 limit france for example, could influence so much to performance level.. I mean, in this case, to extension speed reduction

A restricted map would be felt most at the high end of the running range, but it may also reduce torque all over the map and you could feel that at any speed, especially if you were familiar with an unrestricted rocket. You should be able to install a new map on your own with the right tools.

Weren't the early R3Rs restricted in the first three gears? It's been my impression that in 2013 they came out with a new tune and opened the first three up.

my 07 had the secondary's restricted in all the gears on mine. i do not know if the timing was at a good setting i suspect it was not and still is that way.
i set them to open 100% above 3500 and i could notice a power increase when doing wot. also when under power i can feel more power when it gets above 3500.
