IFT means whatever he wants it to mean, which is not necessarily how anybody else understands it, and it could mean something different later on - which it usually does when he is challenged on it.

Well, for one I KNOW a cam can be put in without springs, keepers and lifters.

This cam (left vs stock) works well at least up to 7000 rpm with stock valve springs, retainers etc.
