That is much colder than what we normally get down here. This is the coldest winter I can remember in a long time

Because of the weather this past July, I missed cruising LA and GA on my crisscross US ride.
I shall be back as I LOVED the south and its peeps.
What are the best riding months of year in LA?

My favorites are Sept to early Dec. Spring is nice but seems to have more rain.Summer gets hot in the afternoon, early morning and late evening is more comfortable to ride.

Got home last night at about 8. It was 22 degrees when I left Moss Point MS yesterday morning. I was layered up and comfortable. The Roadster was awesome. The new Dobeck is doing a wonderful job. Since adding the 3 into one Jardine (altered) and K&N's, she pulls heavy in every gear with no flat spots or decel pop. Enjoyed every one of the 3500 miles. What a great time.

Just got home. 3393 miles for me. Great trip with great folks...already looking forward to the next one.

Thanks Steel. September could possibly work; but, after that weather up here falls off.
When next I ride to the Southeast, I shall consider this month. I can't wait to get back down there and just wish it wasn't so DAMM far away from here!
